WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF TRUE STORIES.
At StoryBridge.tv, we bring five decades of award-winning experience to the craft of video storytelling. We've produced stories ranging from serious to silly, in locations from New York to New Orleans... Los Angeles to Lima.

StoryBridge.tv was born when veteran broadcast journalists, Katy Sai and Jay Olsen decided to trade in crime reports and car crashes for the wide open world of the Internet.
We wanted to produce stories we care about -- stories that inspire, enlighten and spark action. And we wanted to combine quality storytelling with interactive technology that makes it easy to showcase stories on your own website and share stories that move you. Our mission is to use everything we learned in broadcast news to help great organizations create their own meaningful content.
So far, it's been a great ride! The stories we've produced have been promoted on hundreds of sites, featured on Yahoo! and viewed in more than fifty countries. Watch the video and see our story.

KATY SAI loves telling stories. As an immigrant from Thailand, she learned to speak English in grade school and hasn’t stopped talking since... just ask her kids. Katy spent 19 years behind the anchor desk, but her passion was always community service reporting. She cycled hundreds of miles covering the AIDS ride, created a Community Baby Shower that's become a model for other cities and orchestrated the construction of a Sesquicentennial City of Madison Time Capsule. Katy loves to read, garden, play the piano and ride her bike, but rarely at the same time.
JAY OLSEN has a camera and he’s not afraid to use it. He’s an award-winning videojournalist with 30 years in the biz, honored for his coverage of all kinds of stories -- from the National Guard recovery efforts in New Orleans to a visually caffeinated series on homegrown coffee shops. Jay is an avid fan of the Beatles, Seinfeld, and the Simpsons. When he’s not collecting memorabilia, you’ll find him playing the guitar, playing Monopoly, or riding his bike.
JEN CHILDERS was an independent singer-songwriter in another life. In this life, she’s an award-winning producer and production coordinator with more than ten years of experience. Jen’s favorite projects: A Big Ten Network documentary about one of the first university programs devoted to spoken word and hip-hop, and a series of videos to raise funds for a new children’s hospital. Jen has produced two short films and has a profound appreciation for independent music and film.
MATT SOLOMON is scribbling in his notebook when you aren’t looking. He has more than twenty professional scribbling years under his belt, as well as several crime-fighting weapons of his own design. He has been to several more youth soccer games than you have. Matt is also a contributor to The Onion, Huffington Post Comedy, and other allegedly funny projects.
